Mehdi Boccard is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of hands-on experience across the energy, operations, cultural, and events industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Glovont International, he oversees strategic direction and organizational performance for a diverse portfolio of ventures based in Switzerland and abroad.

Mehdi is also the founder and CEO of Boccard Solutions, a media and operations consultancy launched in 2019 that empowers companies through tailored strategies in energy management, event execution, and technical infrastructure.

His dynamic career has included executive roles such as Facility Manager and Head of Security & Office Management at EVON Energies, where he bridged operational excellence with team leadership in high-stakes environments. At the same time, Mehdi remained deeply involved in the cultural scene through a decade-long collaboration with Théâtre Alchimic, where he progressed from Assistant Technician to Technical Director, leading maintenance and acquisition of technical equipment for stage productions.
