After nearly three months of preparation and structuring, we have officially initiated the incorporation of Bluflint Sàrl, the future fiduciary arm of the Group.
Bluflint’s mission will be to provide structured administrative support across all entities, particularly in:
• Tax advisory
• Accounting
• Human resources
• Consolidated financial reporting
The objective is clear: simplify, centralize, and professionalize administrative management, especially within the hospitality sector where operational intensity makes back-office efficiency critical.
In the long term, Bluflint will encompass all Group entities while gradually extending its services to external clients, leveraging the expertise developed internally across our businesses.
The company will be led by Mr. Hakizimana, CFO of the Group, who will drive Bluflint forward with his financial expertise and strategic vision.
Another key milestone in strengthening the structure and long-term scalability of our ecosystem.
